We all unite with light, regardless of age, gender, culture, and bring humanity back to positive transcendence. Fiesta Flow Glow Illumination Unity will bring us together through health, wellness, group support, energetic vibrations, synergy, and teamwork. One hour Meditation following the cardio session to rejuvenate and relax your mind, body and spirit. Through this light energetic cleansing of all our energy zones, we clear our bodies, all negative stress, blockages, and direct the healing energy of the Chi towards our essential life zones (third eye pressure points, heart and emotional balances, and all subsequent body parts, and mental clearing. We bond with light as our healing, the use of physiologically beneficial movements, illuminated with synergy and positive messages.
