Teresa Giudice Doesn't Like Skinnygirl Drinks ~ TheRealOc2Nyc

#ThrowingStones

With Danielle Staub off of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Caroline unfazed by Teresa's empty accusations, Jacqueline having children to worry about, and Melissa halfway trying to get along with her sister-in-law, Teresa, 40, is left needing someone to say unflattering things about.

Enter Bethenny Frankel. ?Bethenny is a great rival. ?Brunette vs. Brunette. ?They're both fiery and speak their mind. And there's this shared use of the word "skinny". ?Bethenny was the first housewife to use the word to brand an idea and product. ?Unfazed by the similarity in their reality TV careers and the association with food and drink products, Teresa slapped the word skinny on her Skinny Italian cookbook. ?Meanwhile, Teresa was filing for bankruptcy and Bethenny was signing a $100 million check so everyone was still happy at this point.

But in today's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, that could change. ?Teresa is following suit creating a cocktail for her Fabellini line. ?In describing the taste, Teresa says, "My thing is I don't like anything that tastes diet-y. For instance, Skinnygirl tastes diet-y. I don't like that."

Teresa's official website praises the drink, saying, "I'm so so so proud of it. And it tastes delicious! And Fabellini is low calorie--less than 1/2 the calories of other 'skinny' drinks."

Sources say that despite Teresa's dig, Bethenny is her inspiration. ?Teresa won't stop until she reaches Bethenny's level of success. "Teresa will work as hard as she can till she gets to Bethenny status," a pal of Teresa said. Another source thinks her shrewd business sense came from The Celebrity Apprentice. "She learned a lot from Donald Trump about bringing her brand out even more."
